We hung around the campground until about 11AM and skeedaddled out of here after our new gregarious neighbor had cracked his 2nd or 3rd beer. Don't get me wrong but it'll be a strange day for sure when I mix a Bacardi and Tab with Special K cereal and a muffin. . Then again, we ARE in Key West and as we've witnessed, pretty much anything goes. . . (I'm pretty sure I haven't mentioned the "clothing optional" floor of the Bull & Whistle Saloon yet - we haven't been but there's still time! Ugh. . .).
Weather predictions were for a nice day today - the clouds were supposed to burn off and for a short while, they did. We hit the cab route to the marina and caught a glass bottom boat cruise, that took us out to the 3rd largest reef in the world. There weren't a lot of tourists lined up for the tour and we got bow catamaran lookouts on the ride.
It was pretty cool - we got to ride on the bow, then when we got to the reef, we could sit right over the glass bottom views and we caught some nice shots of a moray eel as well as a barracuda.

On the way back, we had some bottlenose dolphins cavort around the boat - they were too fleeting for me to catch a photo.
ANYBODY WANT TO BUY A BOAT?
There's quite a few for sale down here. .
The Bull & Whistle Saloon had three floors, and apparently the third floor (which is reknown in the area) is clothing optional. NOT happening. . .
We closed the day by going to Fat Tuesday's and then to Rick's (which is adult only musical patter - as the unfortunate family that wandered in with a couple of young kids found out!)
Key West is one crazy arse place - but it's been a lot of fun!
More pics to follow, you know there will be plenty!
